Gift Voucher Terms

The following are the terms and conditions which govern the use of all Tee Times golf holiday gift vouchers. A  All Tee Times golf holiday vouchers can be used towards the full or part payment of a purchase of any Tee Times inclusive golf break / holiday (excluding flights) and can also be used to purchase green fees, accommodation and vehicle hire if purchased separately from a Tee Times golf break / holiday. B The voucher will only be redeemable for a golf break / holiday purchased by the person who's name is shown on the front of the gift voucher. C The voucher must be used to purchase a golf break / holiday, accommodation, green fees or vehicle hire within 18 months of its purchase date, unless Tee Times are informed of any extenuating circumstances. D The golf holiday vouchers must be sent with any deposit or final balance of your purchase of a golf break / holiday, accommodation, green fee or vehicle hire payment. E Booking of any golf break / holiday, accommodation, green fee or vehicle hire will not be confirmed until vouchers are received to complete full payment of a deposit or balance payment. F Tee Times golf holiday vouchers are non transferable although Tee Times may waive this under certain circumstances. G Tee Times golf holiday vouchers can not be exchanged for cash payments. H All vouchers are treated as cash payment once received by Tee Times Golf Agency UK and will not affect the person, persons or groups with regard to our terms and conditions for our golf breaks which are shown on our terms & conditions website page. J Defaced or unreadable vouchers will not be accepted and they will be returned to the owner. In the event of this happening Tee Times will not confirm the booking of the golf break / holiday until all payments have been completed by an alternative payment method. K If the monetary value of the golf holiday vouchers exceeds the cost of the golf break / holiday no refund will be given but the excess amount may, at the discretion of Tee Times Golf Agency UK, be used for part payment of a future golf break / holiday provided it is taken within the 18 month period as stated in condition C.
