The course is situated close to the outskirts of Pafos at a level of 550 metres above sea level which ensures the golfer gets cooling sea breezes on even the warmest days when Tsadaplaying golf in Cyprus.
 

Tsada was the first grass golf course to be built and officially opened to the public for them to play golf in Cyprus on. It was in fact originally built as 2 interconnecting 9hole courses. Being set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery has led to various interesting stories, one being that many golfers claim to have seen the ghost of a monk in the disused monastery close to the 7th tee, whether fact or fiction, it has sometimes been seen as an excuse for a poor tee shot by many how play golf in Cyprus.
 

The course however is a joy to play it winds its way through fruit and olive trees and a variety of local plant life. It’s also flanked by many grapevines running next to the course. This all adds up to creating a relaxing location for a round of golf but don’t be foolTsadaed by this the course is deceptively difficult and a challenge to even the most accomplished player which is due to its clever design which takes full advantage of the terrain which it has been constructed within.
 

The facilities at the Tsada golf club include a recently refurbished clubhouse, practice facilities, swimming pool and tennis courts, which will add to the attraction of playing golf in Cyprus.
