About half an hour south of Lisbon and with a fantastic Mediterranean microclimate, Quinta do Peru Golf Course is a dazzling surprise for you to play on your golf holiday. Winding across 335 acres of natural woods and with the Arrábida mountain as a backdrop, provides a rare and beautiful panorama from any point along the course. It has all the usual back up services which you would expect from a top course during your Lisbon golf holiday, such as a double ended driving range, golf school, restaurant, bar and a pro shop. Tee Times say, miss this on your golf holiday if you dare!!
Hole 14
This is a short and one may consider it a very easy hole. A low handicap player should play the hole by teeing off with a 3 iron to allow a better approach to the flag. This way you can guaranty a more successful play and take better advantage of the great characteristics of this course.
Hole 15
This may be the most difficult golf hole in the whole course, due to the positioning between tee and green. As a result, it is suggested that play should be done with care and an iron to be used, preferably one that can be played well. If the ball placement is relatively good, the second shot to the green will be easier.
Hole 16
This hole can be analysed in a straight forward fashion: it is a par 3 without any options to the player except to land on the green. A safe way to play is to aim left to avoid the lake located in the front of the green in case the ball lands short. With a beautiful view, such as this, the game becomes more memorable.
