Accuracy and Information
Tee Times Golf Agency UK has taken all care to ensure published information and prices for your golf holiday are accurate, however if we identify an error or omission following publication, we will inform you before confirming your booking.
The revised information will then form part of your contract. If an error or omission is discovered after your booking is made, we will always try to advise you prior to your holiday.
When you make a booking with us you enter into a contract with Tee Times Golf Agency Lda licence No 1210 at the Portuguese Tourism Board with the Registered Office at, Parque das Amendoeiras 8125 – 419, Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal.
It is the agencies intention and aim to give all our clients value and customer service at all times.

Tee Times Golf Agency UK payment terms
A deposit of £100 per person will be required to confirm your golf holiday booking and at the time of booking you will be asked to sign a booking form stating that you agree to our terms and conditions and your booking details. Please ensure that these details are correct. Please contact us immediately if the information is incorrect or incomplete and we will endeavour to make the necessary changes.
After your booking is confirmed and the deposits received, an invoice will be issued to you detailing the total cost due. Full payment is due 10 weeks before departure. If the balance of your holiday is not paid in full 10 weeks before departure we reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation charges will apply.
If you make a holiday booking within 10 weeks of your departure date then the full cost of the holiday must be paid.

Accepted forms of payment
Tee Times Golf Agency accepts the following forms of payment for your golf holiday.
- Credit / debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and delta. - Please note that all payments by credit card carry a 2% handling charge.
- Personal / Company cheques, made payable to Tee Times Golf Agency.
- Bank transfers provided the balance is over £1000.

Price(Important, please read)
All prices quoted for your golf holiday by Tee Times Golf Agency UK are per person and based on twin / double occupancy. Single rooms are available at all hotels but are liable to carry a supplement. Due to the situation at the moment of the exchange rate between the £ and the Euro we reserve the right to increase the price of any holiday advertised on our website. Your quotation for your golf holiday will be quoted in £s and Euros at the exchange rate at that day. If you pay the full amount for your golf holiday at this time in £s or Euros you will secure the quoted price. If paying at a later date in £s we reserve the right to requote for your golf holiday at the current exchange rate of that day. This may result in an increase to your original quotation for your golf holiday.

Cancelling your holiday
If you or anyone on your golf holiday booking decides to cancel the golf holiday, we must be notified in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following scale of charges will apply,
- Prior to 70 days deposit forfeited
- 69 to 42 days 30% of total holiday cost
- 41 to 28 days 60% of total holiday cost
- 27 to 1 day 90% of total holiday cost
- Less than 24 hours 100% of total holiday cost

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out full travel insurance for your golg holiday, which in some cases covers against loss of deposit and cancellation fees as shown in our terms and conditions.
Your travel insurance should also cover for, personal injury, third party cover, death, theft, accidents, illness, fines, legal costs and equipment.
The Agency will not accept responsibility for negligence or damage caused to accommodation, cars, personal effects or third parties.
The clients are responsible for the safe custody of all personal baggage including golf clubs and other sporting equipment. Tee Times Golf Agency UK will not be held responsible for temporary or permanent loss of baggage unless the loss occurs through the negligence of Tee Times Golf Agency UK.

Transferring of bookings
If you are unable to travel and it is due to certain circumstances which we consider to be reasonable, we will endeavour to transfer your golf holiday booking to another party. However the arrangements must be exactly the same and will only be allowed if all suppliers of, for example, airlines and hotels, are prepared to accept the transfer. In cases where a transfer is allowed an administration charge of £50 per person outside 8 weeks of departure and £100 inside 8 weeks will be made plus any charges that may be levied from our suppliers.

Standard guarantee
The price of your golf holiday is subject to surcharges on the following, Government action, currency, aircraft fuel, over flying charges, airport charges and increases in scheduled airfares.
Even in this case we will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of the quoted holiday price, which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges. Only amounts in excess of this 2% will be surcharged.
If the charges exceed 10% of the holiday price you will be entitled to cancel with a full refund except for any amendment charges that have been paid. Should you decide to take this option to cancel you must take this right to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on the invoice, or subject to availability, you may transfer your booking to an alternative holiday. We guarantee no surcharges for any reason within 40 days of the departure date. In return, no refund will be made if the pound increases in value against foreign currency. The balance invoice will incorporate any airfare, currency or other surcharges which were not known at the date when you booked your holiday.

Changes to your holiday
We expect to be able to provide you with all the services we have confirmed at the time of your golf holiday booking. However, we plan arrangements a long time in advance and use the services of independent suppliers such as, airlines, hotels etc, over whom we have no direct control. Therefore flight times, carriers and accommodation may be subject to changes and if these changes do happen, we reserve the right to make these.
Most of these changes are minor. However if we consider them to be a major change we will endeavour to advise you before your departure.
We consider a major change to be one where there has been a significant change of resort, a significant change in accommodation to that of a lower category and or price, a change of flight time of more than 12 hours and a change of departure airport, except between London airports.
In the event of us having to advise you that we need to make a major change before you depart we will provide you with the following options.
- Accept the alternative offered, together with compensation that may apply on the scale shown below, provided full payment has been received by us.
- Purchase another available golf holiday from us at the quoted price again with compensation on the scale shown below. Provided full payment has been received by us.
- Cancel your holiday and receive a full refund of all monies but no compensation will be paid.

Tee Times Golf Agency UK reserves the right to make changes and correct errors on our website and correspondence before and after bookings have been confirmed.
Please note, that Tee Times Golf Agency UK will not pay any compensation for changes which arise from situations outside of our control, for example technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by airlines, the alteration of the airline or aircraft type, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity.

If we change your accommodation whilst you are on holiday
Unfortunately we do not control any day to day management of our supplier’s accommodation. And it may arise that the reserved accommodation for your golf holiday, which you have booked may not be available on your arrival. If this does happen we will endeavour to provide accommodation of the same standard. If only lower standard accommodation is available we will refund the difference to our quoted price between the lower accommodation and the original accommodation booked.

If we cancel your holiday
We reserve the right to cancel your golf holiday for any reason. However we will not cancel your holiday within 10 weeks of departure unless it is due to the reasons shown above in the please note section.
If we do cancel your holiday, we will offer the following.
- An alternative holiday will be offered at the same cost although if a holiday of a higher cost is taken the difference must be paid.
- A refund of all monies paid
The above offers will not apply where the cancellation has arisen by non payment or late payment on any cost of your holiday or for any alterations requested by you within 70 days of your departure date. Cancellation charges will apply in this case.

Dress Code
Tee Times Golf Agency UK will accept no responsibility of any ruling during your golf holiday by the hotel or golf courses if you or any of your group are unable to play due to the wearing of inappropriate attire. Please make your group aware of this before you travel.

Golf Etiquette
Please be aware of golf rules and etiquette during your golf holiday. Most courses require handicap certificates and where possible we will advise you of this before your departure.

Tee Times
Please be aware that courses have the right to alter confirmed bookings during your golf holiday and if your tee time is altered or cancelled we will endeavour to find a suitable alternative. You will be charged or refunded for any difference in the original cost. Such changes do not entitle you to cancel a holiday.

Tee Times Golf Agency UK Will not be held responsible for work undertaken on the golf courses which may interrupt your game during your golf holiday

Behaviour
Throughout your booking with Tee Times Golf Agency UK for your golf holiday you accept full responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group.

The descriptions of hotels and golf courses shown on our website and in all other promotional material are shown as a guide and are based on our site visits and the hotels own opinions. We are not always able to exercise control over various components of the golf holiday arrangements and Tee Times Golf Agency UK can accept no responsibility if amenities are withdrawn or changed due to reasons such as water conservation, renovation work, etc. We will of course endeavour to inform you if we become aware of any such changes before your departure.

Passports, Visas and Health requirements
You will require a Passport to travel to all European countries for your golf holiday and most European countries have the same level of medical service as the UK. However Tee Times recommends all our clients obtain a copy of the booklet “Protect your health abroad” and to have the E111 form to present, if in the event you require medical assistant whilst on holiday.
The E111 entitles you, your spouse and dependants to Free State provided or reduced medical costs for emergency treatment.
All passengers travelling to the USA from the UK now require a Machine Readable Passport.
We recommend that your passport has at least 6 months validity (after return).
At this time vaccinations are not required, however we recommend that you contact your GP to check this information.

Weather Conditions
Golf courses have the right to close or operate temporary tee boxes or greens due to bad weather which is unavoidable during the year. Should you choose not to travel we will try and postpone your golf holiday, however refunds are subject the hotel and golf course policies. Refunds are only available due to course closure and not for temporary tees or greens as this is considered an accepted part of playing golf. Tee Times Golf Agency UK cannot be held responsible due to inclement weather conditions.

Special requests
If you require any special requests for your golf holiday you must advise Tee Times Golf Agency UK at the time of your booking.
We will endeavour to meet such requests but please be aware we cannot guarantee to do so.

Complaints
Tee Times Golf Agency only acts as an agent to each hotel. If you have a complaint or experience problems during your stay please inform the hotel immediately during your golf holiday.
We recommend speaking to the Hotel General Manager and taking the matter up with him/her.
If an acceptable outcome is not reached during your stay please notify us in writing within one calendar month of your departure.

Liability
If you have any complaints concerning any of our services that we provide you must inform us in writing within 28 days of your departure.
We cannot accept any liability for the arrangements you have booked for your golf holiday and any assistance provided in resolving a complaint in relation to any hotel or golf booking, is done so on a goodwill basis in our capacity as agent.
If you do have a complaint concerning services that we provide, as opposed to any services provided by a third party, such as a hotel, for whom we aren’t responsible, you must notify us within 28 days of your departure date. Regrettably we can not accept any liability if we are not notified.
The maximum liability to you, if we are found to be at fault in relation to a service that we provide, is limited to the commission we have earned or are due to earn in relation to this booking in question.

Tee Times Golf Agency UK reserves the right to make changes and correct errors on our website and publications before and after golf holiday bookings have been confirmed.

Force Majeure
Tee Times Golf Agency UK will not be liable for additional expenses incurred during your golf holiday, through, travel delay, acts of god, force majeure or events beyond our control. Force majeure is unusual and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as, war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions.

English Law
Your golf holiday booking with Tee Times Golf Agency UK and all matters arising out of it are governed by English Law.
